Archetype AI Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England & Wales, company no. 16439279, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.

• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• AI audit diagnostic: your name, email address, company name and the answers you give to the diagnostic questions.
• Signals newsletter: your email address, submitted via our newsletter provider.

We do not ask for special category data and would ask you not to include sensitive or confidential information in a free-text message.

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• Delivering audit results — legitimate interest / performance of a contract, so we can return the output you asked for.
• Sending Signals — consent. Subscription is opt-in, never pre-ticked, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

Enquiry and audit submissions are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management for Signals.
• Our email and CRM providers — used to receive and store contact form and audit submissions.
• Our hosting provider — serves this website and processes standard server logs.

These providers act as processors on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability.

To exercise any of these, email hello@archetype-ai.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website does not run advertising pixels or third-party behavioural tracking. We use only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, remembering that you have dismissed a newsletter prompt). Our newsletter provider may set its own cookies on its hosted pages.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will add a consent banner and update this policy before doing so.
