About

A boutique AI practice. Not a corporate consultancy shop.

From hospitality groups to PE portfolios to individual leaders — same method, no account-management layer in between.

Where the method comes from

Built from inside, not read about.

Built from inside: MBB, EY-Parthenon, an independent investment bank, and ModelML (YC-backed). The method comes from having operated inside strategy consulting, inside a bank, and inside an AI company — not from watching the market from a distance.

That's why the work is practical rather than slideware. We know which recommendations survive contact with a real operating team, a real budget cycle and a real risk function — and which ones quietly die in the first month.

What boutique means here

Four things we won't trade away.

01

Senior people, always

The people who scope the work do the work. No juniors learning on your engagement, no account-management layer relaying messages.

02

Small by design

Not a firm that is still scaling into something bigger. Deliberately small, deliberately selective about what we take on.

03

Fixed fees

Bespoke doesn't have to mean unpredictable. Scope and price agreed up front — no day-rate drift, no open-ended retainers.

04

Work, not slideware

The test is whether a team does something different on Monday. A deck that sits in a shared drive is a failed engagement.

Who it's for

Six segments, one method.

Hospitality, retail, individuals, enterprise, startups and private equity. The vocabulary changes; the diagnosis, the shortlist and the fixed fee don't.

Start where it's cheapest.

Four minutes for the diagnostic, or a note if you'd rather just talk it through.
