You can, and some of your team probably already are. The difference is between a few people using it when they remember and the whole business saving time every week. We work out which jobs are worth handing over, set the tools up around how you actually work, and make sure nobody pastes in something they shouldn't. Most clients find the free tools were never the problem. Knowing what to do with them was.
Good IT providers are great at licences, security and keeping systems running. What they usually don't do is sit with your reservations team or your fee-earners and work out where the hours are going. We're happy to work alongside them; most of what we set up runs on tools you already pay for.
That's the most common thing we hear, and it's usually not true. If your team answers the same questions every day or writes the same kinds of documents over and over, you're ready. The Audit will tell you honestly if it isn't worth doing yet.
When something isn't working, you'll hear back the same working day, and urgent problems with a live agent are looked at within four hours. Everything I build is documented, so if I'm ever unavailable a trusted partner can step in without starting from scratch.
